Potty training phase 1

So I decided one day that I didn't want to change Camden's diapers any more and that he could be potty-trained no problem. I then implemented what was known as phase 1. I made him a potty chart with goals of 1. Telling Mommy or daddy when he was wet, 2. pulling down his own pants, 3. pulling up his own pants, 4. sitting on the toilet with clothes on, and 5. sitting on the toilet with clothes off.

At first he took to this really well and got a sticker all the time. We used Sesame Street stickers to help entice him and let him pick which sticker he was going to use each time. It seemed to work and after a week we had a chart full of stickers.

After that we started going downhill. He wouldn't do any of it for his Mimi who watches him during the day and wouldn't let her give him any stickers. Then he just started refusing to do any of at all. Since potty training is not really something I feel should be forced we put the chart to rest until another day.
